Refund policy
Please check all the items ordered are correct as soon as the delivery driver arrives. If an item is missing or damaged, this should be reported straight away to the delivery driver. We will not refund or exchange anything if you do not report any problems to the driver straight away.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by phone to either replace product with another similar item, refund the product with cash at delivery, or credit it to your account which gets taken off the next time you order by signing in with your email.
